for the Goodie Room

Please note that in using any information or Goodies from our website, you have AUTOMATICALLY agreed to abide the following conditions:

1-The Goodie Room images/songs and other html goodies is primarily for use in www.neopets.com only.
Items such as cursors are coded & will only work on the Neopets website.

2-Usage in other PERSONAL websites MUST include our specific goodie banners AND a link to I-petz.
You may use [not distribute] our goodies in your own site provided you credit us with our banners AND a direct link to I-Petz.
However, you may not offer our codes for download [view point 5 about Redistributing our codes].

3-You may not use our work for any type of monetary/personal gain-including virtual personal gain.
4-Crediting our work is a MUST.
This means that the removal of our banners from goodies are NOT allowed UNLESS you add a premade Credit.
If there are multiple banners, feel free to remove the extras but a least ONE banner per category OR one credit must remain.

EG. 2 Doll banners-remove one. [Allowed]
A music banner and a background banner- remove one or both [NOT allowed]
A music banner and a background banner- remove  one or both but add a Credit [Allowed]

I-PETZ Credit Tags are found in the navigation bar & in our goodie room.

5-Redistributing our codes is NOT allowed.
This means that you cannot offer our goodies for download in your own website/petpage.
You may offer a link to I-Petz but you cannot directly use our codes to make your own goodie pages in your site and/or Neopets Petpages.

This is the most serious offence as you are infringing our copyright and tapping into our bandwidth without permission.
I-Petz will not hesistate to send a lawyer's letter to anyone who does this.

6-Derivative works are not allowed.
This means that you cannot alter any whole or parts of I-Petz images/html to create your own. This includes downloading and changing our images.
This is against copyright law.

You may copy and display our work, BUT not distribute, under the following conditions:

1. Attribution: you must credit us with our banners or an I-Petz Credit when you use our work.

2. Noncommercial: you may not use our work on commercial sites for any kind of gain.

3. No derivative works: you may not alter, transform or build upon our works.

4. No Distribution: you cannot offer our codes/work for download on your site, you can only use our works to decorate/display on your site.
